Every character is drawn in code, so it scales and switches mood. Tap one to poke it, and try the moods.
The same three ingredients make every character, so new ones can be added consistently.
A radial gradient from a light top-left to a darker edge, plus one soft white highlight. This is what makes flat shapes look puffy like the 3D references.
Eyes, mouth and cheeks are always navy #17324D with pink cheeks, so every face reads on every fill in both themes.
Each body uses one brand hue. Mascots never mix more than two hues.
